returns & refunds

We strive to create products that you will love; however, if your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to return or exchange your item.

Returns, including damaged items, are accepted within 14 days of items being marked delivered and must be in original condition with all included materials, tags, and packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs (exception for damaged items) or dropping it off at our location in Aurora, Colorado.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the item has been returned and meets condition requirements. You can choose to exchange your product for another item or be issued store credit. To start your return, please email info@westlensdesign.com.
